Billy Bin-it litter cartoon character transforms our best-selling Topsy 2000
into an exciting novelty litter bin.  Topsy 2000 litter bin is purpose-designed
for easy emptying without the need for strenuous lifting.  The whole bin body
lifts off the base; the liner then requires only a short lift to remove.
